Ceci Marmot

The Ceci Marmot was born out of a late-night experiment when I was desperate to give my highly allergic kid something that felt fun and "fancy." We start with our signature ceci cookie - crisp at the edges, soft in the center - then layer on silky vegan chocolate butter cream and a scoop of rich ceci filling before dipping the whole little sandwich in glossy chocolate. 

The result is a bite-sized dessert that eats like a truffle and a cookie at the same time, without wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or sesame. It's small enough for cautious first bites, special enough for holiday platters and dessert tables. For celebrations, you can mix Ceci Marmots with our other ceci-based treats to create a safe, nostalgic cookie spread.
